The food is very authentic. The papusas always come out hot. They are big compared to the ones you find in El Salvador so go easy if you were expecting them to be similar sizes. I love to order the go the supermarcado next door to pick up some candies while we wait.
My friend brought me here because I've never had papusas. And let me tell you something! They were one of the best things I've tasted! It's almost like a flat tamale with cheese and other fillings. DELICIOUS by all means. And the rice and beans paired perfectly with them.
